Rick TOLBERT served in the U.S. Army from 1968 - 1972 in the enlisted ranks.  He then used his educational benefits and returned to school, earning Distinguished Military Graduate as a candidate through the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program.  After receiving his commission, Rick returned to the U.S. Army from 1976 - 1991 promoting to Major (O-4).

Rick is entering his final year of Trustee.
