Judge Advocate Doug HOOPLE served in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1980,  Beginning as enlisted, he rose through the ranks and retired as Lieutenant Commander.
 
Doug is entering his third year as Judge Advocate having been initially appointed in 2018.  He also serves as the Department Scouting Chair.
 
Doug has been a VFW member since 196 and also is a Past Post Commander.
