Fred SEATON served in the U.S. Air Force from Dec 1986 to Mar 1992 advancing to Sergeant (E-4).  Transferring to the U.S. Coast Guard, he served an additional 6 years in the enlisted ranks, advancing to Petty Officer 2nd Class (E-5).  Upon earning his commission, he promoted up to Lieutenant Commander (O-4).  He retired after 28 years of service.

Fred is entering his 7th year as Quartermaster and 9th year as Adjutant.
