Bob BRUGGER served in the U.S. Army from 1981-1984 and again from 1989-2007, retiring as a Sergeant First Class (E-7).

In service as a Chaplain, Bob has embraced the position.  He enhanced meetings by significantly honoring our members who passed away.  During 'Draping the Charter' portion of our Post meetings, Bob not only reads obituaries, but presents a Powerpoint presentation that adds a higher level of dignity.
